(Beijing – April 19, 2010) Fertilizer King Corporation Limited is pleased to announce the signing of agreements for Joint Venure manufacturing and exclusive distribution of our 100% organic fertilizers for Canada, Mexico and the United Sates of America with CAST Cargo Link Inc. (CAST). Fertilizer King and our partners CAST intend to build the first manufacturing facilities in Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada. We will be specializing in blends of our organic fertilizers focusing on the vineyard and orchard tree fruit industries of the Okanagan region. This factory will produce in excess of 500,000 tonnes of various blends in the first year of production. We expect to finalize the purchase of the land and buildings by the second-third quarter of 2010. CAST is in negotiations with several established distribution channels in Canada and the United States of America for both private label and the well known Green Sunshine brand of 100% organic fertilizer. CAST has already placed in orders to Fertilizer King and anticipates receiving their first 760+ tonnes of 100% organic fertilizer in Canada in the third quarter of 2010.

(Beijing- Jan 11, 2010) Fertilizer King Corporation Limited is in the initial stages of negotiations for a new factory to be built in Henan Province, China. Management anticipates beginning construction of the facilities by the fourth quarter of 2010.

(Beijing- December 7, 2010) Fertilizer King Corporation Limited is currently in negotiations with companies to form new partnerships in North America, the Middle East and Europe for the manufacturing and distribution rights to their 100% organic fertilizers.

(Beijing - November 12, 2009) Fertilizer King and Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technology Co. Ltd announced today that the Joint Venture agreement with All Asia Licensing of Los Angeles did not complete and the transaction is now null and void. Fertilizer King and Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technology Co. Ltd has granted All Asia a license to retain the Exclusive Distribution Agreement for Pakistan with Asia Fertilizer of Lahore, Pakistan. This License covers the entire product line of Fertilizer King. Mr. Ashfaq Shah, CEO of Asia Fertilizer, is leading the entry into the Pakistan market. AASI will retain a % for all products sold into Pakistan through Fertilizer King and Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technology Co. Ltd.
